The individual will be responsible in developing fit-for-purpose future strategy and roadmap for the Workforce Management team and a centralised capability by working closely with Operations, Technology and Functions (Support) teams of the organisation. This role involves leading a global team to drive strategy and execution of productivity upliftment programs across various businesses and geographies, building benefit tracking mechanisms, and working closely with leadership teams to implement capabilities of the centralised teams. The candidate will need to build effective networks within strategic program leadership, business leads, and external stakeholders to drive maximum value from engagements. They will also need to bring inside-out and outside-in perspectives to propose coherent plans of action, influence business decision-making, and adapt to changing conditions impacting goals. The role requires conducting strategy workshops with senior leadership and possessing outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, stakeholder orientation, mental agility, and an outcome-driven approach.
