About the position

As the Vice President of Sales at FNTS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success by ensuring both short- and long-term revenue expansion. This position requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in the IT service industry, particularly in complex and dynamic environments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic business plan that aligns with FNTS's five-year business strategy, focusing on sales forecasting and pipeline development. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture that motivates and encourages team members to reach their full potential. In this role, you will lead a team that works directly with new and prospective clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will need to demonstrate a consultative approach, analyzing stakeholders' needs and delivering high-quality outcomes. Your ability to collaborate with product, marketing, content, and technology teams will be essential in optimizing existing products and developing new offerings. You will also maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying advantages and opportunities for FNTS. The Vice President of Sales will be expected to coach and develop account executives, sales engineers, and brand leaders, ensuring that the sales strategy is effectively executed. Your strategic thinking and creativity will be vital in devising tactical plans that drive results and enhance FNTS's market position. Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of a strategic business plan and direct sales forecasting in line with our 5-year business strategy.
  • Sales methodology advancement, including pipeline development and forecast accuracy.
  • Partnerships with product, marketing, content and tech teams to develop new products, optimize existing products and provide transparency to revenue performance.
  • Accountable for establishing a culture that encourages and motivates people to achieve their maximum potential.
  • Coaching and development of the account executives, sales engineers, and brand leaders to deliver on the sales strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships for both business development and delivery services.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the competition, their possible competitive advantages, and why opportunities are won or lost.

Requirements

  • Recent experience in complex, ever-changing environments within the IT service industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while developing tactical plans.
  • Demonstrated consultative approach with the ability to analyze stakeholder needs.
