In this position, the Vice President will collaborate with senior management to develop and execute a business plan aimed at achieving profitable growth. They will proactively manage and monitor key metrics to ensure that set goals are met. The role also involves handling the referral process for the profit center, managing risks within their authority, and referring those outside of it to senior management. Building and maintaining producer relationships is essential, as is identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the scope of Inland Marine and related property lines. The Vice President will also participate in training initiatives to enhance their knowledge base and may engage in various projects as needed. Travel requirements for this position are expected to be up to 33%.
