About the position

RugSpa & Co. is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Manager to enhance their online presence through engaging video content and social media management. This part-time position, with the potential for full-time, involves filming, editing, and creating custom videos and pictures for various social media platforms. The role is essential for bringing the brand's voice to life and requires a passion for storytelling and knowledge of current social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand and engages the target audience.
• Adapt videos and content to each platform's best practices, optimizing for each channel's audience.
• Work with the team to brainstorm, plan, and schedule content ideas that align with business goals.
• Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to comments and messages.
• Track and analyze the performance of content to understand audience engagement and make improvements.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in filming and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience in social media management.

• Ability to commute to Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
