About the position

The Virtual Banker at Emprise Bank is responsible for engaging with customers to foster relationships that enhance customer commitment and facilitate the lending process. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, product knowledge, and effective communication to meet customer objectives and promote banking products. The position is integral to the retail team in Wichita, KS, and emphasizes collaboration with customers and teammates on a virtual platform.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clarity to customers on banking products by providing simplicity, knowledge, and know-how.
  • Continuously seek sales opportunities and develop business through promotion of products and services.
  • Initiate and maintain customer contact through various methods.
  • Follow internal processes and procedures to comply with branch and bank regulations.
  • Continuously learn about and adapt to changes in current bank technology.
  • Provide back-up support for Emprise Bank Contact Center queue.
  • Other responsibilities as related to the job.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required.
  • 1+ years of sales experience required.
  • Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software required.
