About the position
We are seeking participants for our virtual focus groups, specifically for mock jury applications. These focus groups are designed to gather opinions on various cases and are held monthly. Each session is scheduled on a weekday, typically running from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Participants will be compensated starting at $125 for their time, with the potential for higher payment depending on the length of the focus group. It is essential for participants to remain focused solely on the group for its duration, with the exception of scheduled breaks. To participate, individuals must have a computer with internet access, a functioning video camera, and a microphone. Access to Zoom is also required, as this is the platform we will use for the focus groups. Payment will be processed through Venmo, and we aim to send the payment before the focus group concludes. It is important to note that participants must have an active Venmo account, as this is the only payment method we will accept. We assure all applicants that their information will be kept confidential and will not be shared.
Responsibilities
- Participate in virtual focus groups as a mock juror.
- Provide opinions and feedback on various cases presented during the focus group.
- Maintain focus on the focus group for its entire duration, excluding scheduled breaks.
