The Virtual Specialist Work Study Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting Morehead State University's enrollment efforts, particularly in the area of admissions recruitment. This includes researching current trends, brainstorming innovative ideas, scripting, shooting, and editing videos that resonate with the target audience. The assistant will also collaborate with the Virtual Recruitment Specialist to help shape the content strategy, providing input on the types of content that will engage the university's community while maintaining a positive and inclusive online presence. Additionally, the assistant will assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the social media accounts, which includes posting content, monitoring comments, responding to messages, and fostering a sense of community among followers. The role also involves monitoring analytics and engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the content, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. The assistant will collaborate with other social media team members to cross-promote content on various platforms, ensuring a cohesive and consistent message across all channels. Staying updated with the latest trends and challenges is essential, as is the ability to recommend relevant and innovative ideas for content. The assistant will also work with various student organizations, clubs, and departments to create joint content that showcases the diversity of campus life, acting as a positive ambassador for the university in all produced content.

Responsibilities

Requirements
