Visier Implementation Consultant

About the position

The Visier Implementation Consultant role involves working closely with external customers and internal stakeholders to implement Visier's People Analytics and Planning solutions. The consultant will coordinate the development of functional solutions, ensuring successful deployment while maintaining strong B2B customer relationships. This position requires a blend of HR analytics expertise, project management skills, and a proven track record in software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions for customer business problems
• Use consulting skills to maintain B2B customer relationships, gather requirements, and set expectations
• Translate implementation project information clearly and professionally to external customers
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Visier implementation projects within agreed timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with internal team members and key stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and adjust plans as necessary
• Proactively handle multiple projects simultaneously, applying creative solutions and problem-solving

Requirements

• At least 2 years of functional knowledge and experience with the Visier platform
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, including business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Power BI)
• Experience in database management systems and data set integrations is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple deliverables and stakeholders with competing priorities
