About The Position

As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by implementing visual standards and commercial excellence. Your responsibilities will include executing visual and commercial curation in line with guidelines, coaching the store team, and maintaining an inspiring shopping environment. You will leverage your trend awareness to ensure the store reflects the latest fashion trends and meets customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize and plan workload according to the store activation plan and adapt based on business needs.
• Launch and maintain the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time according to H&M Brand Standards.
• Ensure good garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
• Perform sales report (KPIs) follow-up and identify visual & commercial opportunities in collaboration with Store Management team.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets and store goals in collaboration with Store Management team.
• Follow all procedures and best practices for OMNI services and operational routines.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Share and educate store teams on seasonal changes and fashion trends.
• Coach and develop the Store team’s visual and commercial skills.
• Execute visual & commercial curation & styling for the store based on commercial calendar and fashion trends.
• Maintain and care for all display forms and interior material with sustainability in mind.
