Requirements

• Active and valid FINRA Series 7, 9/10 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• 4+ years of financial sales leadership experience.
• Active and valid Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within a 120-day condition of employment).

Nice To Haves

• Active and valid FINRA Series 24 license.
• CFP, CFA, CIMA, and/or AAMS certifications.
• Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills.
• Desire to lead and passion for sales management.
• Commitment to client service and establishing quality cross-enterprise partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a team of financial professionals to provide investment guidance and support to clients.
• Increase branch revenue while expanding the client base.
• Implement large scale and tactical sales strategies in collaboration with Financial Consultants and Investment Consultants.
• Conduct sales coaching and manage the sales process.
• Deliver training and manage performance recognition for team members.
• Present to clients and interview prospective employees.
• Collaborate with business partners and share best practices.
• Perform compliance and administrative tasks characteristic of the finance industry.
