About The Position

The Vice President of Foot Locker North America Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all marketing aspects for Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker in the U.S. and Canada. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of marketing experience with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
  • Passion for sneakers and basketball culture.
  • Experience in omni-channel retail.
  • Proven track record in driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Extensive experience in brand strategy, campaign briefing, and management.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across various internal partners.
  • Customer and results-oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, innovative, and a creative team player.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an omni customer-led marketing strategy with clear KPIs to achieve acquisition and retention goals.
  • Build a marketing culture centered around the customer, driven by insights and continuous optimization.
  • Synthesize priorities and create comprehensive plans to drive demand, effectively managing budget and resources.
  • Maximize and grow the brand's position in basketball through sports marketing and strategic partnerships, particularly with the NBA.
  • Develop innovative retail, social, and digital storytelling experiences that push the brand forward.
  • Lead social strategy innovation by leveraging creators, influencers, and platform-led ideas.
  • Partner with General Managers to execute multi-year growth strategies for Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to enhance demand creation and strengthen brand partner relationships.
  • Work with global marketing leads to maximize campaign impact across regions.
  • Drive authentic community engagement at the local level with national reach and measurable impact.
  • Grow and develop a high-performing team of marketers.
