Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Knowledge in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration.
• Experience in leadership training and financial management.
• Familiarity with Lean methodology and customer service methods.
• Strong strategic planning skills and effective communication abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare delivery, operations, and financial management practices.
• 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience, including responsibility for clinical departments.
