About the position

The PGS Digital Site Network lead is responsible for providing digital leadership and operations support across Pfizer's internal manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. This role involves managing a global organization, addressing cybersecurity incidents, collaborating on strategic technology roadmaps, and driving continuous improvement in digital systems to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency. The position requires balancing complex requirements from various stakeholders while ensuring compliance and quality within the digital landscape of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a global organization of approximately 130 Digital colleagues across the Plant Network, Distribution Centers, Application Support, and Cyber Security Services Teams.
  • Oversee the Digital Site Network Organization's response to cybersecurity incidents and risks.
  • Act as the Digital single point of contact for PGS Site Leaders, collaborating with the Client Partner organization to align on overall PGS Digital Strategy.
  • Optimize existing strategic enterprise system capabilities and add new capabilities that drive significant value for PGS and the Plant Network.
  • Ensure compliance and quality within the PGS Digital Site Network as new requirements emerge from auditing organizations.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize Digital work originating from stakeholders across the Plant Network and Distribution Network.
  • Drive governance discussions for the Digital Site Network application portfolio.
  • Ensure Site Leadership sponsorship for all Digital initiatives related to the Digital Site Network.
  • Mitigate critical issues by making immediate decisions during outages at manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
  • Ensure Application Support teams meet Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) for unplanned systems outages and confirm partners meet SLAs and Customer Satisfaction goals.
  • Establish a strong sense of team while developing talent and strong Digital capabilities.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Information Technology, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience leading global organizations.
  • Experience with large-scale, complex global organizations.
  • Digital Manufacturing experience.
  • Broad domain expertise across multiple business functions.
