About the position

The VP - Digital PGS Site Network, Application Support & PGS Cybersecurity Services Lead at Pfizer is responsible for overseeing digital operations across Pfizer's global manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. This role involves providing leadership in digital technology, application support, and cybersecurity services, ensuring the reliability and quality of supply chain processes. The position requires collaboration with senior executives to develop strategic technology roadmaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives, while managing a significant budget and a large team of digital professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global organization of approximately 130 Digital colleagues across the Plant Network, Distribution Centers, Application Support, and Cyber Security Services Teams.
• Lead the Digital Site Network Organization's response to cybersecurity incidents and risks.
• Act as the Digital single point of contact for PGS Site Leaders, overseeing PGS site operations and collaborating with the Client Partner organization.
• Advance business strategies by optimizing existing strategic enterprise system capabilities and adding new capabilities that drive significant value for PGS and the Plant Network.
• Ensure a contemporary compliance and quality posture within the PGS Digital Site Network as new requirements emerge.
• Manage and set stakeholder expectations; prioritize all Digital work originating from stakeholders across the Plant Network, Distribution Network, and headquarters.
• Ensure Site Leadership sponsorship at the appropriate level for all Digital initiatives related to the Digital Site Network.
• Mitigate critical issues by making immediate decisions during outages at manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
• Ensure our Application Support teams meet RTOs (Recovery Time Objectives) for unplanned systems outages/issues and confirm our Application Support partners meet SLAs and Customer Satisfaction goals.
• Establish a strong sense of team while developing talent and strong Digital capabilities.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Information Technology, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
• 20+ years of progressive experience leading global organizations.
• Experience with large-scale, complex global organizations.
• Digital Manufacturing experience.
• Broad domain expertise across multiple business functions.
