Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and senior management team to develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Drive the performance management process, ensuring clarity in goals and expectations, regular feedback, and employee development plans.
  • Develop and oversee initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Monitor workforce trends, including turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs to inform strategic labor planning.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Partner with leadership to promote proactive change management strategies related to operational restructuring, process improvements, and HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role supporting large-scale operations.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing talent management strategies in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of positive employee relations, employment laws and workplace compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, learning and development, and talent analytics.
  • Proficiency in utilizing HR technology and talent management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making.
