About the position

Your position as Vice President, Media Engineering Services has accountability for assisting the engineering and sales teams with the delivery of technical solutions for both new and existing customers, whilst maintaining strong and effective client relationships on an ongoing basis. Must be able to comprehend technical requirements and articulate these to produce compelling proposals and technical documentation. You will be acting as the interface between technical, sales, operations and project delivery teams to ensure a seamless process from sale through to delivery, so it is fundamental that you possess flawless communication skills and a positive, solution-focused attitude. You will attend client meetings to capture technical requirements in order to create, develop and confidently deliver commercial proposals that effectively demonstrate potential solutions. Capabilities & Skills include inspirational leadership with a clarity of direction, confidence of execution and a recognition of success. You should be seen as a thought leader in the industry, an accomplished public speaker (internally and externally) and possess honed emotional intelligence. An authentic line manager able to inspire individuals to exceptional performance is essential. Building exceptionally strong relationships with customers is crucial, as is the ability to build a clear stakeholder map, understand customer roles, responsibilities and centers of influence, and ensure strong and effective relationships built at all levels between customer and IYUNO. You will ensure alignment to customer goals, mission, culture and objectives to move the perceived view of IYUNO from vendor to strategic partner. A strong focus on business performance and growth is required, with ownership and delivery of business performance metrics supporting both regional and global targets and ambitions. Strong negotiation and contract skills are necessary to ensure quality of engagements, best commercial outcomes and minimized risk profile. You will provide strong delivery and operational leadership with an eye for detail, being pragmatic in approach and able to solve problems to ensure that delivery quality, cost and timing is on or ahead of agreed SLAs and expectations. The ability to influence others to drive improved outcomes for the business is also important. You will build and nurture relationships at senior levels both within IYUNO and externally with stakeholders (Shamrock and Altor) and the wider industry (Customers, Vendors, Influencers). Strong and consistent communications skills with the ability to promote and drive influence in the market for IYUNO are essential, as is the ability to provide simple and effective messaging on the 'Why IYUNO'.

Responsibilities

  • Support pre-sales engineering partnering with Business Development team.
  • Act as solutions architect for all media service products and adjacent services including dubbing, subtitling and creative post services.
  • Responsible for research and testing of new technologies that support existing and future business opportunities.
  • Review existing workflows for process optimization.
  • Support media pipeline with the latest industry security standards and protocols.
  • Assist CTO and IT team in researching, deploying and managing global DAM/MAM solutions.
  • Support CTO and Devs team in integrating media pipeline to the in-house platform.
  • Continue to support and build an organization of other SMEs to support global operations.

Requirements
