About the position

The VP, Product Manager for Corporate Channels at Synchrony is a key leadership role within the Emerging Channel team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the Synchrony brand. This position involves collaboration with Product Managers and various business functions to enhance online consumer experiences, lead digital technology projects, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Product/channel experts and product owners.
  • Manage, develop, and drive the roadmap for digital channels, including consumer and partner vision.
  • Own the business architecture of solutions across digital channels.
  • Manage and prioritize the flow of work, coordinating multiple teams using Scaled Agile methodology.
  • Participate in Agile Program Increment (PI) planning to define releases.
  • Lead project steering committee meetings and collaborate with stakeholders on prioritization and issues.
  • Oversee the delivery of all technical aspects of digital channel projects.
  • Execute critical projects for digital channel and tools development.
  • Help execute an omni-channel content strategy for engagement and conversion.
  • Work with business stakeholders to create digital campaigns and solutions.
  • Develop expertise in real-time personalization strategies.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to set and report on KPIs.
  • Educate colleagues on best practices and performance insights.
  • Partner with teams to develop and support web and native app go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and optimize site content and ensure proper tagging.
  • Manage and optimize SEO strategy.
  • Communicate market, competitor, and user insights to inform customer experience strategies and product planning.
  • Effectively manage projects and lead vendor/agency relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 11+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including leadership and personalization development.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, proficient in agile methodology.
