Responsibilities

  • Assist employees with troubleshooting and accessing tax forms on the company website.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and chats from employees via ServiceNow.
  • Update employee information such as addresses and system access.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Professional office experience.
  • Basic MS Excel skills (copy/paste, navigate through cells).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of professional office experience (open to new graduates with no experience).
