About the position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Loader/Unloader (4-Day Workweek) - 2nd Shift to support the Rental Division. In this role, Loader/Unloaders are responsible for driving company trucks to designated areas within the facility for the unloading of soiled products. Once the unloading is complete, they will load clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks based on the designated customer routes for each truck. Loader/Unloaders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed established standards for both the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded. This position requires a commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where time pressures are a constant factor. The role also involves physical demands, including standing for most of the shift, stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, and reaching to accomplish work activities. Loader/Unloaders must be comfortable with exposure to varying temperatures and the elements, as well as handling materials that may be soiled or have strong odors, using appropriate protective equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to adhere to attendance policy.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
  • Ability to handle soiled materials with appropriate protective equipment.
  • Physical ability to stand for most of the shift and perform lifting or moving activities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
