As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist at Associated Grocers of New England (AGNE), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that families across New England receive their grocery needs. This position is essential to our operations, as you will be responsible for selecting grocery, perishable, and freezer products and preparing them for shipment to our independent retailers. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be expected to operate independently while adhering to safety protocols. The starting wage for this position is $21 per hour, with opportunities for increased pay on Sundays and Fridays, as well as overtime after 8 hours of work. We also offer financial incentives for perfect attendance and hard work. Your typical work schedule will be from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 12 PM and continuing until completion, which averages between 8 to 10 hours.
