About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate with reach truck experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience and demonstrated reach truck operation experience (must be listed on resume).
• Ability to drive forklifts and other equipment; stand-up reach truck experience is required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds, and move objects on wheels weighing up to 700 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling to service equipment at floor level.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and apply detailed instructions and information.
• Team player with strong time management and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Reliable transportation and OSHA-approved ASTM standard protective footwear are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently complete tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the warehouse.
• Perform various warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided as needed).
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and processed correctly.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements and company safety policies (training provided).
• Update inventory levels as stock is received and assist in physical inventory counts.
• Build second decks in ocean-going containers and handle office equipment shipping/receiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet team and operational goals.
