About the position

As a Warehouse Coordinator at Securitas Technology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to process all parts orders using our Solomon and Atlas systems for the Install Team. This includes following up on orders and purchase orders as needed by the Project Manager, updating tracking information on vendor orders, and ensuring that parts are generated and notes are entered accurately in our systems. You will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies as needed, receiving all boxes delivered via UPS and FedEx, and managing packing slips in SAP daily, filing them with the corresponding job packets. In addition to these tasks, you will send out daily emails to the Install and Service teams regarding parts received, update inventory counts weekly for parts pulled from stock, and process shipping labels for items that need to be shipped from the branch. You will also handle the processing of returning materials (RMAs) and ensure they are shipped to the correct vendor. Collaboration with other branches for equipment needs and processing transfers will also be part of your responsibilities. This position may require you to take on additional responsibilities as needed, making it essential to be adaptable and proactive in your approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Process all parts orders in Solomon & Atlas for Install Team
  • Follow up on Orders/PO's when needed by PM
  • Update tracking on Vendor orders and ensure parts are generated and notes are entered via Solomon & Atlas
  • Order & maintain office supplies as needed
  • Receive all boxes delivered via UPS/FED EX
  • Receive packing slips in SAP daily & file with job packet
  • Send out email of parts received daily to Install & Service
  • Update inventory counts weekly for parts pulled from stock
  • Process Shipping Labels if needed to ship any items for branch

  • Work with other branches for equipment needed and process transfers
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in implementation management and/or project coordination
  • Basic understanding of shipping and receiving, order submittal, and tracking of orders
  • Good business skills and basic computer skills with Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills (oral/written) and good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with database management and process project management material orders
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift 35-45 lbs
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
