About the position

The Warehouse Coordinator position at Adecco involves working under the general supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor of Print and Mail Operations. The role is crucial for maintaining the flow of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring that all materials are received, sorted, and distributed efficiently. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include receiving inventory stock, issuing materials, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records using computer systems. This position requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In this role, the Warehouse Coordinator will need to adapt quickly to changes in demand and work under high-pressure conditions. The responsibilities include performing labor-intensive tasks that require standing or moving throughout the shift, receiving and sorting incoming mail and packages, preparing outgoing packages for shipment, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of mail and packages. Additionally, the coordinator will perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records of all materials, inputting received materials into the inventory database and using computerized systems for data entry and tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, and is located in Beaverton, OR.

Responsibilities

  • Working quickly under high-pressure conditions; adapting to changes in demand as needed.
  • Performing labor-intensive tasks requiring standing or moving throughout shift.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare outgoing packages for shipment.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of mail and packages.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good attendance-reliable
  • Able to lift 25 lbs; stand and move for the full shift
  • Flexibility; meeting expectations in fast-paced and physically demanding roles
  • Basic computer knowledge-proficiency in data entry and inventory management software
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
