About the position
Staff Management - SMX in San Antonio, Texas is seeking dedicated Loader/Unloaders to join our warehouse team. This full-time position involves handling freight by unloading and loading trailers to and from conveyor systems. As a Loader/Unloader, you will be part of a two-person team responsible for efficiently managing the flow of goods in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift boxes weighing between 5 to 100 pounds, with an average weight of 45 pounds. You will be expected to work safely and efficiently, completing tasks within designated time frames: unloading in 30-45 minutes and loading in 45-60 minutes. In this position, you will also need to read numbers, letters, and symbols to sort and stack packages accurately. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as you will be collaborating closely with your partner to ensure smooth operations. The work environment is clean and safe, and you will receive training to help you succeed in your role. Staff Management - SMX offers a supportive management team and opportunities for advancement within the company. You will start earning $15 per hour during the initial two weeks of training, with a pay increase to $16 per hour upon successful completion of training. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Background check and drug test required.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
