Responsibilities

• Sort, pick, pack, and ship orders with total accuracy.
• Manage inventory and assist with inventory optimization.
• Conduct tests, measurements, and quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to improve processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing and fulfillment processes to meet production and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production and fulfillment.
• Set up, operate, and maintain heat press and embroidery machinery.
