About The Position

The Water Blast & Vacuum Truck Technician at C&W Services is responsible for performing industrial cleaning tasks using specialized equipment in a safety-conscious environment. This role involves operating high-pressure water blasting equipment, vacuuming waste, and maintaining cleanliness in various settings, including manufacturing plants and public venues. The technician must adhere to safety protocols and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers while ensuring compliance with company regulations.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in industrial cleaning desired but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; a CDL license may be required based on local and site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Vacuum waste and spilled products, and perform water blasting and cleaning tasks using high-pressure equipment.
• Assist in sanitation and cleaning tasks, including snow removal and pesticide application.
• Provide feedback on service delivery and assist in formulating work procedures.
• Operate skid loaders, aerial lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools as required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Maintain adherence to the work schedule and be available for overtime, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Work from elevated areas and in confined spaces, utilizing necessary safety equipment.
• Evaluate sites for safety hazards and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a consistent attendance record and perform other duties as assigned.
