About The Position

The Mitigation Water Technician position is a critical role within a well-established commercial and residential restoration company. This position requires highly motivated and proactive individuals with experience in mitigation, particularly in fire, water, and mold restoration. The technician will be responsible for addressing urgent restoration needs and contributing to the company's commitment to quality service.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in mitigation
• High School Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Xactimate experience preferred
• IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged (Fire, Water, Mold)
• Commercial/Residential construction experience
• Background in Mitigation (Fire, Water, Mold)
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
• Motivation to expand knowledge and grow within the company
