About the position

The Web Application Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for web applications using React and Next.js. The position requires collaboration with designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive user experiences while ensuring the scalability and maintainability of the solutions developed.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and maintainable Next.js-based solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality user interfaces for web applications.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create visually appealing user experiences.
• Build efficient and reusable front-end systems, frameworks, and abstractions.
• Debug and address UI performance issues using performance testing tools.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Work in an Agile development environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in web application development.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js components, rendering, and advanced routing capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in creating reusable component libraries with branding and theming.
• Proven experience in DevOps, pipelines, and deployments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Typescript, NodeJS, Redux or State Management libraries.
• Familiarity with REST API and API development.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with Static Site Generation (SSG) and web architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Vercel, Vite, Vitest, and Jest.
