As a Brand Advocate for BDS Connected Solutions, you will play a crucial role in introducing consumers to cutting-edge technology, specifically computing devices powered by Qualcomm processors. This part-time position requires you to work every Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM at a designated retail location. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, demonstrate product features, and influence their purchasing decisions. You will need to quickly learn about the various technology products and effectively communicate their benefits to both consumers and retail sales associates. This role is not just about selling; it’s about building relationships and creating excitement around Qualcomm products. In this position, you will be expected to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently meet sales goals. You will convert product benefits into sales by fully understanding the features and advantages of Qualcomm products, including hardware and accessories. Your proactive engagement and demonstrations will be essential in increasing consumer sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining interactive displays, verifying promotional materials, and reporting daily on field activities and competitive insights. You will also have the opportunity to coordinate special sales events, further enhancing your role as a Brand Advocate. To succeed in this position, you must display a professional demeanor while representing both Qualcomm and BDS Connected Solutions. Your ability to engage and educate retail sales associates will be key in increasing their recommendation rates for Qualcomm products.
