As a Wellness Salon Manager in Training, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees. You will also achieve sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff. Completing company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results will be key to your success. You will be expected to achieve financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other expenses. Additionally, you will maintain the stability and reputation of the salon by complying with all legal requirements and managing tasks to ensure the salon is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and customer-ready. Building rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships is essential. You will create a positive, motivating, team-based environment and investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Analyzing daily sales and expense information and performing all other financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits will also be part of your responsibilities. You will safeguard and account for all money received and be responsible for banking requirements, ensuring the financial integrity of the salon.
Responsibilities
