About The Position

The Windows Systems Engineer IV position is a contract role focused on delivering and supporting LogRhythm services for a healthcare client. The role involves leading the integration of LogRhythm, implementing security controls, and serving as a primary escalation point for complex issues. This position is open to fully remote candidates within the United States and has the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Windows System Admin role, with advanced knowledge of LogRhythm on-prem and Active Directory (2012 and later).
• 2+ years in an Engineering capacity in the Directory Services team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and services.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of LogRhythm on-prem and automated integration services.
• Drive the design, development, and ongoing support for LogRhythm services, ensuring streamlined deployment from intake to final delivery.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of security controls and risk mitigation measures.
• Focus on delegation management, system monitoring, patching, and optimization of LogRhythm deployments.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for the Directory Services team, providing advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for complex LogRhythm issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to automate routine tasks, improving efficiency.
