As a Wireless Sales Manager at OSL Retail Services, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic and rapidly growing company. OSL is dedicated to providing outsourced sales services for some of North America's largest Fortune 500 companies, and we pride ourselves on our passionate employees and exceptional customer service. In this position, you will be the go-to leader at the store level, managing 1-3 Walmart Wireless locations and inspiring a team of Mobile Experts to achieve and surpass sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include building and developing your own sales team, ensuring operational efficiency, and maximizing profitability across your locations. You will be expected to coach your team, fostering a collaborative spirit and a passion for sales. This hands-on role requires you to lead by example, selling alongside your team and inspiring them with your work ethic and presence. Staying updated on product knowledge will be crucial to help your team provide the right solutions to customers. To succeed in this role, you will need to bring at least 1-3 years of retail management experience, a proven track record of driving sales and maintaining operational excellence, and expertise in recruitment and coaching. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work evenings and weekends. Additionally, you will need your own vehicle and the willingness to travel frequently to oversee your stores during operational hours.
