The Workday Application Manager for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders and partners to strategically design and deliver digital HR processes and solutions that promote operational excellence. This role encompasses governance, planning, and execution activities related to Workday HR, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and associated solutions and ecosystem components. The manager will align technology with business strategies, conduct systems analysis, define requirements, and support Workday in accordance with key business objectives. The position involves ideation, design, planning, execution, and delivery of Workday HCM and PATT solutions and enhancements, including configurations, workflows, process improvements, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the manager oversees technology operations, managing day-to-day Workday support requests and incidents. This role requires maintaining cross-functional engagement within Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, and Technology Integration teams. A strong blend of functional expertise in business processes, technical expertise in Workday, systems integration, and data management, along with people management responsibilities, is essential.
