As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop requirements for Business Intelligence solutions under occasional guidance. You will be proficient in utilizing Workday tools and features to satisfy end user data needs, performing data analysis functions, and implementing small projects or components of large projects. The role requires the ability to solve medium to complex problems, ensuring appropriate documentation for all development and modification while maintaining the integrity and security of institutional data. You will perform functions related to requirements definition, data analysis for Workday HCM report and dashboard creation, preferably leveraging Workday Prism, and provide ongoing support within all HCM functional areas. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience, particularly with Workday.
  • Proficient in data modeling, data mining, and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to solve medium to complex problems.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Workday Prism.
  • Familiarity with data requirements definition and testing scenarios.
