Requirements

Responsibilities

• Create schedules that meet business needs and handle any exceptions.
• Work with department leaders to ensure appropriate staffing levels and improve productivity.
• Recommend and adjust schedules to align with business goals.
• Identify new methods to enhance staffing while complying with collective bargaining agreements and company policies.
• Balance schedules to meet service expectations and legal requirements.
• Manage daily scheduling tasks such as leave requests and callouts.
