The Workplace Manager at Collibra plays a crucial role in enhancing the workplace experience for employees in the New York City office. Responsibilities

  • Act as a Workplace ambassador by building relationships with local leaders and serving as the point of contact for workplace needs.
  • Oversee daily operations by being present in the office five days a week and managing workplace operations.
  • Manage supplies and vendor relationships, coordinating procurement and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate across teams by participating in site visits and contributing to employee experience projects.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a workplace role.
  • Documented processes for workplace operations.
  • Experience managing office operations and partnering with vendors for maintenance.
  • Familiarity with SLAs and service desk platforms.
  • A history of delivering engaging workplace experiences.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
