We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) with a focus on wound care to join our team as a Wound Care Coordinator. In this role, you will lead and integrate a fully developed Skin Health and Wound Management program in collaboration with nursing center management. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting central supply as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products, and you will oversee durable medical equipment related to the prevention and management of wounds. This position is essential in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care, as skin health is a vital indicator of overall health. As a Wound Care Coordinator, you will be part of a dedicated nursing center team, working primarily Monday through Friday during the day shift, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. You will be responsible for achieving nursing center skin health and pressure injury prevention goals and objectives, and you will have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program based on these achievements.
