Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. As a key member of the WW Retail Commercial Programs team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic vision for our affordability programs. Help us create and deliver market-leading affordability programs that surpass customer expectations, encourage repeat purchases, and drive Retail's growth.

Responsibilities

• Craft business strategies to support WW affordability programs across both Online and Stores.
• Use customer insights to identify and develop both short-term and long-term program opportunities and improvements.
• Simplify complex challenges and work effectively within a matrixed organization.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to Leadership that drive growth.
• Identify new business opportunities by looking beyond day-to-day tasks.
• Cultivate strategic priorities and assess growth potential.
• Develop multiyear plans to ensure long-term program success.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Online and Stores to successfully implement critical program initiatives.
• Drive program performance improvement through data analysis and close collaboration with Business and Finance teams.
• Engage with key partners and cross-functional partners to prioritize and deliver business initiatives within tight timelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, and/or Financial Services.
• Proven track record in strategy or customer experience functions, successfully developing and leading business initiatives that address clear long-term objectives.
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
