About the position

The Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on Comcast's products and services, ensuring a world-class sales and service experience. This role involves demonstrating product capabilities, achieving sales goals, and providing comprehensive customer onboarding. The consultant works with moderate supervision and is accountable for individual results while contributing to team success.

Responsibilities

• Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales knowledge with customers.
• Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.
• Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions.
• Listen and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
• Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks.
• Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
• Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm demeanor.
• Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
• Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
• Understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience in supervising is preferred.
