About the position

The Technical Account Manager at Xumo Advertising is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Advertising Sales force, focusing on both pre- and post-sales activities. This role involves managing relationships with supply and demand partners to enhance programmatic monetization, analyzing operational performance, and implementing strategies to meet functional goals. The position requires effective communication and collaboration with various teams to ensure successful advertising campaigns and adherence to operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plans daily activities and assigns tasks to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Establishes and supports technical integrations of supply and demand partners, with a focus on VAST, oRTB, and ad server technologies.
  • Maintains partner relationships through effective communication and proactive data analysis.
  • Works closely with advertising sales teams to track schedules for major initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitors inventory and recommends strategies for optimal use.
  • Coordinates ad packages, sponsorships, and options with Ad Sales and other departments.
  • Creates work performance standards and resolves operational questions for the Advertising Sales Team.
  • Implements operational policies and procedures.
  • Exercises independent judgment in significant matters.
  • Maintains regular attendance and is available for variable schedules, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in advertising or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and ad operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with advertising analytics and customer experience (CX) strategies.
