About the position

The Youth Soccer Coach position at Super Soccer Stars involves leading children in fun and educational soccer activities while ensuring their safety. The role is designed for energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and have a passion for early childhood education or child development. Coaches will provide individual attention to ensure each child's success in a non-competitive, stress-free environment. Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational soccer activities.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during classes.
• Provide individual attention to each child to promote success.
• Utilize a non-competitive approach to create a fun environment.
• Encourage children through positive reinforcement and celebrate their successes.
• Attend regular training sessions and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader.
• Availability during after school hours and weekends, specifically Monday-Friday from 3:00-6:00 and weekends from 9:00-12:00.
• Ability to travel up to an hour to class locations.
