About the position

The Consumer Experience Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in providing centralized administrative support for the Estate, focusing on maintaining the consumer database, addressing club member needs, and enhancing customer service experiences. This position also supports brand-building initiatives and wholesale efforts, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective marketing and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand loyalty through timely responses to member inquiries via phone, SMS, and email.
• Manage wine shipments, process orders, and handle special requests with precision.
• Assist with experience reservations, respond to event inquiries, and manage order fulfillment.
• Support outbound calling campaigns and assist with membership processes.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct data pulls, provide analysis, and develop insightful recommendations for brand-building initiatives.
• Support consumer-facing marketing programs on local and national levels, coordinating marketing materials and product samples.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of hospitality, communications, marketing, or sales experience; OR High School Diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Skilled in the use of MS Outlook at an intermediate level.
• Effective presentation and communication skills with groups of managers, clients, and customers.
• Ability to read, comprehend, interpret, and execute simple instructions and correspondence.
• Basic math skills for handling product weights and orders.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma plus 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in wine sales or wine club administration.
• Knowledge of the wine industry and related software programs.
