Our team designs, develops and maintains massively scaling technology solutions brought to life with innovative architectures, data analytics, and digital solutions. The Director - DT, Vendor Management and PMO provides direction, guidance and leadership to a centralized team managing multiple fields. Key areas of focus include Vendor Management, Portfolio Project Management, and Reporting & Analytics. This critical position reports to the Managing Director of DT PMO Delivery Services. The Director of Business Management and Operations is responsible for the following teams: 1. Vendor Management Organization - Leads DT suppliers by conducting risk management, service level oversight, relationship management and contract compliance to ensure suppliers meet performance expectations and operational standards. 2. Project Management Office (PMO) - Serves as the single point of contact for infrastructure teams to coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure infrastructure projects are delivered to meet cybersecurity and digital risk policies and standards and compliance is operationalized. 3. Process Improvement - Drives process excellence, enhancing existing processes for optimization while aligning with strategic business objectives and ensuring financial responsibility. 4. Reporting and Analytics - Produces strategic leadership reports, dashboards, metrics, and other data visualization solutions to communicate findings, aiding team members and leaders in making informed financial decisions.
