The Marketing & Guest Relations Specialist at Ooda Host is a multifaceted role focused on enhancing the company's digital presence, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and providing executive support. This position is integral to the growth and success of the short-term rental management business, blending marketing strategies with guest communication and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital presence and brand development across social media platforms.
  • Manage Instagram community engagement, responding to comments and crafting personalized messages.
  • Maintain profiles on Google Business, Yelp, and Apple Maps, ensuring content accuracy.
  • Create and manage blog content, producing 2-4 monthly posts on industry insights and property management tips.
  • Handle approximately 35 daily guest messages across 20 properties, ensuring timely responses and high satisfaction rates.
  • Provide real-time guest support during designated shifts, including evenings and weekdays.
  • Assist the CEO with administrative tasks and manage confidential information.
  • Aid in onboarding new properties and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools.
