About the position

The Product Owner is responsible for leading product release cycles, developing a compelling product vision, managing the product backlog, and engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. This role requires collaboration with development teams and a data-driven approach to enhance product functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product release cycles, setting clear expectations for new functionalities.
• Develop a compelling product vision aligned with strategic goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog; write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, gather requirements, and incorporate feedback.
• Work closely with development teams, participating in scrum ceremonies and making key product decisions.
• Use analytics to drive improvements and adjust backlog as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Agile expertise, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Product Owner or Certified Product Manager.
