Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Minitab's software products and systems.
• Research new technologies to enhance development processes and user experience.
• Teach team members new concepts and improve overall team performance.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or a closely related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 years of commercial software development experience.
• Understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with web frameworks such as React, Vue.JS, .NET Core, and Node.js.
