About the position
The Internal SIU Supervisor at GEICO is responsible for directing and supervising Internal Security Investigators and independent investigators to ensure the effective resolution of questionable claims. Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise Internal Security Investigators and independent investigators.

- Evaluate information to determine its credibility.
- Train staff on technical and procedural matters.
- Handle heavy call volume and resolve complex business problems.
- Follow complex instructions and facilitate conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak in a professional manner by telephone.
- Must be able to attain and maintain required licenses issued by insurance departments of various states.
- Must be able to handle heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must have strong organization and priority-setting skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and learn large amounts of technical and procedural information.
- Completion of Supervisor Foundations/HR courses (level 1) is required.
