About the position

In this role, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring that your store meets or exceeds sales goals while maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory effectively. You will also be responsible for protecting customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules, as well as company policies. Maintaining the store's appearance to the highest standards will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that it always looks its best. Responsibilities

  • Manage talent and inspire the team to provide excellent customer service.

  • Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Maintain assigned budget and control expenses while growing sales and managing inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security rules and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
  • Maintain the store's appearance to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
  • 1 year of previous sales management experience.
  • Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Passion for all things hair and beauty!
