Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor relationships.
• Inspire and manage talent within the team.
• Ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain assigned budget and control expenses.
• Grow sales and manage inventory.
• Handle bank deposits and other monetary transactions.
• Maintain accurate records related to business operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security rules and procedures.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values and adhere to company code of ethics.
• Open and close the store daily.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.
