About the position

As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will lead a dynamic team in the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. Your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional customer experience while managing store operations, achieving sales goals, and developing your team. You will be a role model and coach, driving results and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage talent and inspire your team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure every customer has a memorable experience and receives tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
  • Oversee all store operations, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Control expenses and manage inventory effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security rules and company policies.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and ensure it is always at its best.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
  • 1 year of previous sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Passion for hair and beauty.

Nice-to-haves

  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
